We value your time and ours. Because our services reserve a dedicated time slot that cannot be filled last minute, the following policy applies:  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Repeated late arrivals may result in refusal of service or a requirement to prepay future appointments.
